Hi,
i have a problem with my Pumpkin Radio RQ0367. My Radio reception is just terrible. I receive some channels but when i am on the road very often its just noise. I bought an RQ0255 some time ago for a other car and tested it in my car and the Radio-Quality is much better. Firmware is up to date, i have used several different active radio amps with 12V. Today i have tried a window antenna. Nothing really helps. I think something is wrong with my new device RQ0367 - So .. how can you help me ? i got this unit just one day as you can imagine i am not happy with it at the moment !

Regarding the radio reception problem, sorry about this. Could you please tell us what kind of your original radio antenna, single fakra or double fakra?
And we also have the double and single fakra radio reception amplifier, if you don't mind,we can send one to you, just hope some help.

Hi, yesterday i was at a car repair center they try to change the antenna base and try different 12v adapters, no change, they use a window antenna, nothing, another old car antenna from a mercedes, no....
We are sure its the head unit itself. I ordered this unit at amazon, i think i use my right to send it back within 30 days and order another one....

Hi, problem solved! I changed myself the whole antenna socket including the cable to the radio (it was hard) and everything is working. So conclusion it was the ant cable!
I have bought dab module too and one cable of the connector cable is pulled out. I have used a tape to fix this but do you have a new connector cable between dab module and head unit?

Glad to hear you solved the problem.
About the connector between the DAB box and the head unit, does the old connector broke and you want to get a new one?
Or you just want to try another kind new connector?

Hi, thx for reply. I have still contacted pumpkin by amazon customer service and they will send me a new cable from china. It will take 15 - 20 days but this is ok. The dab module is running at the moment and i have to say its running well. Only the app is not really good. Its unstable, sometimes after reboot no stations will be found, i have restart the app. The UI is not intuitive, too. I hope your factory Klyde will redesign this app and fix the bugs asap.
