Touch pad screen not working on TV

Hi
I installed the radio today into my campervan, radio works fine as does the dvd and all the other software. I then went on to install the TV box purchased from yourselves and according to the small 2 page booklet and the ebay advert (where I purchased it) by using the correct TV box I would be able to control the TV with the remote control and the touch screen it however only works with the remote control I can't operate the TV by touchscreen...

Also while viewing a program I have the sub-titles come up at the bottom of the screen, tried pressing the remote to remove them but no matter what I try I cannot remove sub-titles.

Very good picture and sound even while I'm parked in my garage, also sat-nav signal very good.

One other thing? What is the card slot for in the back of the TV box?

Sorry about trouble caused.
Regarding the sub-titles coming up at the bottom of the screen, please press the RST hole to check.
If it does not help, would you mind take a short video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
We will try provide you positive solution.
For the SD card slot, it's used for the technician tech testing, please leave it alone.
