Hallo,
wollte mein NAVI einstellen und bekomme folgenden Fehler:

Failed to open file:
ui_igo9\800_400\ui\Cockpit_2.css
exiting application.

Wie kann ich ein Gerät reset machen.
oder wo bekomme ich die fehlende Datei?

Mein NAVI ist für ein BMW E39 und hat kein Android 5.1

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Did you get the maps file from us? The download map files maybe broken or some parts missed.
You can delete the installed apps, and reinstall it from apkInstall to check.
If no help, we can send you the maps file again.

Mein NAVI ist von meinem Autohändler.
Es ist kein Android Gerät.
Auf apkinstall finde ich nur apps für Android Geräte.
