I have contacted support by email but no reply.
1, Radio constantly re-tuning with AF on and looses signal all the time with AF off.
2, Background 'hissing' noise at low volumes.
3, No ringtone through speakers with incoming call (this worked at first but has stopped) Can't find any setting to turn on/off or adjust volume.
I've tried factory reset from both front button and system settings but still the same.
Is there a firmware update for the above ?

There may have a delay reply from the support email, sorry about this.
1. Normally you can turn off AF and TA when the radio constantly re-tuning, and search the radio station manually, then the radio will works.
Please check the radio area, the radio antenna connection as well.
2. Sometime there is a background hissing noise which may come from the radio signal, the car light change current and the running engine.
We don't have the good way to solve these noise, sorry about this.
3. Please first double check the Switch button both on the phone and unit, and use another phone to connect the Bluetooth and make a call.
There is not a firmware update for your unit, if possible, could you please take a short video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
We can send it to the factory technician and try to ask a new firmware from them
