Bad RDS fuction

Hello!
I have an Pumpkin S07. The RDS function for the radio is not working and the sound from the radio is not as comparable with the sound from the Spotify. Is there any update for the radio app?

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number?
Our unit can support the RDS function for radio, please go to the settings or factory setting to check if you turn this function on.
The sound from Spotify will come out from the front speaker when you run the radio function at the same time, but if you use other default app, like the Bluetooth and Google maps, the sound from the Spotify will come out from both front and rear speakers.
There is not the update fro the radio app, sorry about this.

Hi,
I bought the unit from EBay-store: e-coolstore2015 and object nr:262031059287.
The quality of the sound from the radio is not as god as on Spotify...

For the quality of sound from radio and Spotify, there is a difference between them.
Actually when you listen radio and play music on Spotify at the same time, the sound of Spotify only come out from front speaker.
In order to provide you positive solution, could you pleas take a short video to help us check?
