FIS and PDC are not displayed

Hello,
I drive an Audi A4 B7 from 2004 and I see no information on the FIS from the radio. Also the car have front and back PDC and I can not see any parking information on the radio.
How can I activate this?

Sorry, this unit does not support to display your FIS and PDC information.
