Time zone and language issue on rq-0362

hi there i have a rq-0362 installed on a vw polo 2012. It is awesome but i have a little problem, i used the power cable with the canbus to connect it into the car and everything works well but...when i turn off the car and put off the keys : language and time zone return automatically to english language and china time zone, why? How can i solve this? Other settings are ok...bye

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
Regarding your issue, could you please tell us when you bought the unit?
It's so strange for me, did the problem just happen recently?
If possible, would you mind take a video to help us check?
