Nokia Here Settings not available

Dear all,
the Nokia HERE app does only provide a settings screen, if the screen is in vertical view.
It is not possible to rotate the screen at my "Universal 5.1 Android radio".
So it is not possible for me to choose the extrenal SD card as storage place for the maps.

Can someone help me?

Could you please first tell us your order number or user ID?
Our unit can not support the vertical view switch function.
You can copy the maps from the external SD card into the internal storage place.

Can I copy the maps from internal storage to external SD card?

Hi,
Sorry for my misunderstood.
You can use the external SD card as storage place for the maps.
And it's also a normal way to use the offline maps provided by the factory.
But for the third party navigation software, this unit may don't support to install it into the external SD card storage.
