Radio Not working

I don't get anything from radio on my device in Egypt.

Please advise on how to help solving this issue.

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
I don't quite understand what problem you had.
Did the radio not receive any signal, or other functions not work like it should?
We need to know more details and provide you positive solution.

Everything is working fine except the radio function/Application.

When it searchs doesn't get any chanels.

Did the radio work well before?
I can send you the mcu file to check, before that, please send us the information in factory settings, including "Application menu" and "Others"

The radio never worked everything else works fine.

Hi,
I don't know if you got this unit from other place or just with the car you had.
For the radio issue, please first go to the Radio Band in factory settings and check if the radio region is right.
There is a mcu file which may do some help, but I'm not sure if it could solve the problem.
