Playing TV on VGA Monitor

The TV module output has phono (RCA) connections as you know but can I add a pc monitor inside my campervan and convert the signals to play on a VGA monitor. Prices of monitors are ridiculous and I have 2 spare pc monitors and wish to install one of these into my campervan and run it from the TV module.

Is there away to do this and if yes then can you tell me what I need for audio and video.

Hi,
This TV Tuner can work with the monitor which has audio and video CRA connector, if your pc monitor does not have, I think you can not use it.
