Falló mandos volante

11-RQ0422E para opel vectra 2008 con adaptador can bus.
Los mandos del lado izquierdo del volante no funcionan bien y no puedo programarlos con las funciones de la radio los del lado derecho solo funcionaban los controles de volumen.
Alguna posible solución?

Hi,
For the steering wheel control, it's based on the canbus system, and it does not support to reprogram, just plug and play.
And some original steering wheel buttons are different to the common volume and next/pre button.
Could you please point out which buttons on your car not working?
We will check and try to provide you positive solution.

The following buttons are not working properly :
Left. Right. Up. Down Microphone selector aswer phone calls. End phone calls.
Only volume up and down are working properly.
Also i have another question were sould be conected the rear camera (cam in or video in?)

Hi,
Is it true that the not working buttons are on the right steer wheel and the working buttons are on the left?
The canbus box is not compatible well with your car.
For the rear camera, you need to connect the cam in RCA cable.

Hi jammy i conect the rear camera to cam in but no way to get signal when reverse is selected y whent to factory settings to check reverse switch selection and is disable nothin change if enable. I tray with an external screen and the camera works fine. Also the can bus is selected for Mazda and opel (simple) switched to Mazda and opel (rise) same result.
Now the rear camera is conected in Video in and selecting the Video app shows image.
The camera doesnt have triger cable. And is conected to permanent 12v in the fuese box.

Hi,
Each of our units have the reverse trigger wire.
The reverse trigger wire on your unit RQ0422 is controlled by the canbus, so there is not trigger wire with "reverse in" label.
Please refer the below picture to modify the wire and connect it to your car reverse lamp positive pole.

This is the complete info for My car.do you have any firmware update available to macht the can bus box with My car?
And then fix the camera and wheel controls problems.

Hi jammy i disconect the radio to follow your instructions and the reverse in cable is unplugged it is not conected to the can bus and is capped.

For the SWC and rear camera issue, we can send you a new Canbus decoder box for Opel.
Once we get it from the factory supplier, we will arrange to send it to you ASAP.
