Music Player not working as it should

Music Player not working as it should , I downloaded a music player app and then uninstalled it , now the original music player plays MP3 terribly, I thought it was the bit rate but it's not, music sounds distorted and unclear,

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the default music player issue, would you mind take a short video to help us check?
You can do a factory data reset to check.
Please check if DVD and radio sound are also distorted and unclear.

Hello okay i have done the factory reset twice now, playing cds the sound is crystal clear, playing mp3 the sound is distorted and it sounds electro, something went wrong with the built in Music Player.

the unit was bought on alibaba, i need new firmware please? its android 4.2.2 i want to upgrade it to 4.4.4
mcu version is MTCB-KGL5-V2.21 i want to update it aswell.

Hi,
After checking your attached picture, the unit was not sold from us.
We have the android 4.4 firmware, but it's not the factory one, I don't know if it would cause other serious problem after updating.
So please try to find the right supplier to get the update firmware. Hope your understanding.
