Radio not booting

Hi
I have the Android 4.4.4 for a BMW E46 and the radio is not booting anymore. We can start the radio, but it stucks during the turning BMW sign. What can we do to solve this issue?

Could it be possible to get a later os version than Android 4.4.4. In the forum are a lot of information that 5.xxx or later are running faster as well.

Hi,
There are nearly nothing different of the system running speed for the android 4.4 and android 5.1, it's determined by the RAM memory and the running app at the same time.

You can refer another forum to enter the recovery menu to finish the firmware installation. Hope some help.

I downloaded the image and installed it with the recovery menu, but the behavior is the same, the BMW logo is turning and turning but nothing else.
