Ext. mic. not workng

Hallo, i tested the original ext. mic. today which came with the radio, but it seems that it is NOT working for me. Is there some config for the ext. mic. or is it just to plug it in the radio??
I tried also factory settings but nothing was working for me. Can you help me to figure out what the issue is??

Hi,
This unit has the built in mic, you can also use the internal mic.
When you talk to other people via Bluetooth, please turn up both the volume of the phone and head unit.

Hi,
The internal and external mic are the parallel, there is not a setting option to reduce the internal mic, sorry about this.
If you don't mind, you can open the unit, then disable the internal mic wire inside.
