HELP Wifi had died..

I Have this unit

Now the WIFI will not turn on. The slider button stays greyed out even when turned on.

I have tied a USB wifi dongle, that did not work, I have done a factory reset and a har re-boot- WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS?

Can I upgrade to Marshmallow- can you send me the file to update from micro USB?

Please help? anyone?

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
For the wifi issue, please check the USB port on the unit, just plug an USB stick with some music or video.
If the USB still work, you can use the wifi dongle to get the wifi signal again, but please notice not all of the wifi dongle work with the unit.

This unit does not support to directly upgrade to Marshmallow.
