Netflix plays sound but no video

I have a pumpkin CN10-02201B it's the android 6.0 6.2 screen
I can pull up Netflix no problem with the app,but when I watch a show it's only sound and subtitles? Any help

Hi,
For this problem,it may caused by the incompatibility between the Netfix app and the unit.And maybe the unit don't suport the format of the video you play.
Could you provide a video to show us more detail about the play problem?
