Problem with GPS slot

Hello,
I have a problem with my radio, when the IGO card for the Navigation System is inserted in the GPS slot, the radio does not work, the screen remains black. I have to pull off the SD card from the GPS slot and reset it to run the radio. Have you some advice what I can do.

Hi,
For IGO card problem ,the IGO map may be toxicosis.
You first can try to insert the card to the other slot.
Then,you may need to formatting the card and download an new IGO map.
