No GPS signal, no apn permission (RQ0278E model)

Hi pumpkin team,

I bought recently a pumpkin stereo model RQ0278E in Amazon (order N.º 402-0019668-2825176)

I've experienced some problems with the unit such as:

-There is no gps info(waiting more than 10 minutes with the external gps antenna connected). If I connect the unit with WIFI trhough my phone, it takes the gps position, but the position cursor in google maps is not moving if I do and the try gps application does not receive any data as expected. what´s the problem?
-After inserting a simcard, I cannot also add a new apn in the unit because the system tells me that I dont have any permission to do that, how is this possible?

I cannot uninstall neither any google application. Is there a new firmware version which solves this couple of issues? another question...what is the password to access the factory settings??

Apart from that, I note that the unit becomes too hot after being connected only a few minutes, is it normal?

Please, answer to me as soon as possible since I need to solve this, otherwise I will be forced to give you back the unit

Hi,
For the GPS problem, according to your description,you can test whether the voltage of the GPS antenna is around 3.3V or not.If yes,maybe the antenna is broken.You can contact the customer services to get a new antenna.
For the simcard problem,the unit only support WCDMA 3G simcard and you don't need to add apn ,Please check.
The google application is installed by factory which you can not delete them.
The password is 3368.
The normal temperature is under 75 degree when the unit running.
