Display brightness is very dark

there is nothing new.

I still can not understand what the manufacturer ist doing.
They could fix this problems in 5 minutes
change one value in a configuration file and that's it.

BUT FOR THEM IT SEEMS TO BE A BIG PROBLEM

Hi ajprojekt,
Once the screen brightness of this kind unit problem happened, we already contacted and discussed with the factory technician.
They provided us an update firmware, and we send it to one of our clients, he said that the problem was solved after updating.
But when we sent the same update firmware to other clients, some of them told us that it did nothing.
And we also checked and analyze the same unit which was not sent out and they all worked as it suppose.
That seems strange for us, so we hope get a problem unit which you said to check and find the real reason caused the brightness issue.
If all the head units of this type have the same problem and we must find a solution to solve. Hope your understanding.

giebt es hier auch ein Software Update ?

the system is the latest.
For the brightness problem,you can enter into setting---display---brightness page and set by yourself.

You no that the problem can not be solved by changing the settings!!!
It's a problem from the factory.
They have to change it in the mcu.image or in the opperating system itself.

It's sad... because NO ONE CARES!!!

the display of my CN10-02201B is also very dim, especially it's very hard to use Google Maps during the day. Brightness-setting is on max level. Any "firmware" available to solve this?
