No access to recovery mode CN03-03101B-01A-DE

Hi,
i've no access to the recovery mode in my head-unit CN03-03101B-01A-DE. It's the the latest build from end of March 2017 installed.
I've tried all the known ways ( press power button or reset button) to enter the recovery mode. When I press the power button, 10-15 sec. later all button lights are flashing, but the recovery mode doesn't appear. What must I do. How is the way tho the recovery mode in this sofiagr3 build.
The MCU-Version is MTCD_LM_V2.44

could you tell us what wrong with your unit ?
Normally we don't suggst our client do the flash work without our guidance.

I'd only like to know, how is the way to the recovery to change the radio app, for example.

I'd like to try another radio app. I don't like the radio app so much.
