Hi
having annoying issues with the AF function of the W0237.
With AF activated the radio suddenly interrupts the sound and starts searching for stronger stations. This happens quite often, even when driving shorter distances. Certainly it will occure more often when driving longer distances but still, very annoying that the sound is interrupted,
Normally a radio with AF should scan for stronger stations in the background until switching to a stronger station in order NOT to interrupt the sound.
Anyone else with similar experience? Is there any fix for this?

Re: W0237 RDS/AF issues
Hi again
Turning off PTY did not help...
The main issue is that the scan for stronger signals not is done in the background resulting in frequent interruptions of sound.
Please confirm whether the current software is capable of doing that.
If not, I would not call this a true AF function.

Re: W0237 RDS/AF issues
OK, not very satisfactory as I really would not call this a true AF function.
Is there a way to modify the sensitivity when a scan is triggered? E.g. in the factory menu?

Re: W0237 RDS/AF issues
Hi,
Yes ,you can set the radio sensitivity in the factory meun.
Normally we don't suggest you modify the parameter because we debug them well before sent out from the factory.
