I'm having an issue with enabling bluetooth no "on" selection, wifi has "on off" but bluetooth has nothing. is there a way to enable this setting or a new firmware for the 12-C0257

Hi, about the GPS antenna, could you please tell us what problem the GPS had?
If you want to get a replacement antenna, you can contact our customer service to get it, or you can buy a new antenna from your local, it's more fast.
We suggest you first check if you connect the GPS antenna tightly, then exit navigation software, enter the GPS monitor to check if the radio can receive GPS signal, normally if the radio can receive three or above satellites, then the radio can use the GPS.
