did you bought the DVR from us ,if yes,you can contact the customer service to change one.

Jammy, any update on this? Do you have the latest firmware file for 13-RQ0278E-UK so that I can try that see if things have been fixed at all.

Hi,
sorry for my last post which i wrote wrong word carelessly.In fact,there is no more update for the unit RQ0278. The firmware i public before is the latest one.
