Install mob interconnection service error

Hi,when you connect the unit with your phone,the unit will transfer the easy connect app to your phone through the USB line and you need to allow the app to installed on your phone.You can find it on the phone screen.
Don't the phone notice you install the app?

Hi, still not sure sure if you I understood. Do I have to install easy connected on my phone and on the head unit?

Or are you suggesting to uninstall mirrorlink from my phone?

Hi,
I suggest you uninstall mirrorlink from your phone and try to connect again.You can do as follow:
You need to turn the USB debug function on on your phone first.Next ,connect your phone with the unit.In first connect,you'd better need to use an original USB data line.Then ,click the button android USB and the unit connecting automatically.During this progress,you need to allow to install the mirror link app through the USB line and turn the Bluetooth on on your phone.After finish installing internet service,you can enjoy the mirror link.
If this does not help,it should the be the compatibility problem.You can tell us your phone model and we try to find solution.

Hi. Tried them above and uninstalling a number of apps. I can see that that easy connected serve is installed. See screen shot

Hi, unit is seeing the same error as my first post. The phone goes into driving mode and the head unit says mob interconnection service error

Hi,

Can get a valid file extension but video basically shows the unit going to try and install interconnection service and drive mode and was connected server installs but head unit just sits and gets stuck in one install interconnection service.

My friends phone does the same
