PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi there, the stereo thus far has been fantastic but it has stopped working altogether today ? Checked all fuses and none are blown.
Can i please return under warranty "We offer our customers an 18-month warranty" I purchase on the 20/11/2016 so 17 months ago.

For this issue, do you mean it don't start up or stuck on start logo ,or other ? Please tell me or our pumpkin customer service.
