Time keeps getting reset

Hello, my time keeps getting reset sometimes. Is it connected to my GPS somehow? I notice that when my GPS doesn't get a signal is when my time is wrong. Also, my shutdown delay doesn't work either. Does the unit use a timer? Or does it look at the current time? I notice that when my time is correct, then the shutdown timer works. Otherwise my unit does a cold boot.
My model is: CN10-02308B-08A-A
My Amazon order is:112-1615345-8532241

Yes. It is set to Pacific time. I had also turned off the automatic date and time update as well.

Wait your response .

I did that too. The time still gets reset and will not change until I connect it to my wifi.

Is the GPS module associated with the time keeping?
