PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I built the radio in my camper and try to use a few hardware to check some things ( Ctek to check battery status , and Tank check from Mopeka to check level LPG tank . Every time when i try to connect with the devices with bluetooth , radio gives warning that i must ennable Bluetooth before i can search for bluetooth devices . However , it does connect to my phone and the OBDII .
What could be the problem and how to solve it ?

Hi,
did the radio gave warning while you connect to your phone or OBDII ?
There is no the device you used here so that we are unable to test this issue for you.Maybe it is caused by the compatibility things.

Radio did give no warning with OBDII
CTEK : Compatible with Android OS 4.4 and higher, iPhone iOS 7 and higher, Bluetooth® 4.0
Tank check : The Mopeka LPG TankCheck app is supported by most devices with Android version 4.4 and up.

in fact ,the android system which is developed basing on car stereo is different from that on mobile phone.
