PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello ,

I use a PUMPKIN Android 5.1 (RQ0417E) and my Bluetooth does not work anymore.

I did not use it for a couple of months now, but as I tried to use it again nothing happend.

When I go to the settings there is nothing written in device name and passwort. (Some times ago it was CAR KIT and some random passwort but now both fields are just empty...)

I tried any BT option in the factory settings but I still can't find any devices.

A hard reset and cleared cache did not help... still can't find anything.

I tried it with a Samsung Galaxy S9, A3 and a Sony Xperia Z5.

first you should choose the BT type as WQ-BC6 and then click apply and exit..

If this doesn't help,could you tell me the screen resolution ratio ? Or please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .

Hey, I'm very sorry for not answering back.. I was prety busy with moving and totally forgot about this.

The WQ_BC6 setting did not change anything, I still can't find my devices.

My screen resolution is at the default setting and my amazon order is 303-8999299-2750769 .

i have show your issue to the pumpkin customer service and they had contacted you .Before this, somebody reflected that they choose the second option(IVT_BT) and then it works. Maybe you can have a try . Wait for your feedback .
