I would also like to know how to play multiple apps at one time. I would like to be able to listen to the radio or play amazon music while my Torque app is running on my display. Is this possible?

About playing the video, you can directly click the video app on the menu page or download the third party video player app to play them.
It is impossible to play Torque app and radio app at the same time.
