Bad radio reception and bluetooth streaming(CN10-03204B)

Hello,
I have a very bad radio reception allthough i bought the correct fakra adapter. I also tried to active the power supply for it in the car settings (I only can select close not open like you can see in the picture!). I have a VW Passat B7 so the antenna needs a Power supply. The bluetooth streaming quality is also not very clear. It sounds like very bad music files do. I tested already different devices. Everytime the same problem. I hope you can help me because i am disappointed about the quality.

Hi,
1.about the radio signal issue,you can ignore that option in the car settings. That make no difference .You can contact our pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get an signal amplifier Y0035 or Y0172(it depends on what radio connector you need).
2.about the bluetooth music sound quality, did you try to use another phone ?We tested the bluetooth music before we sent the unit out.
Above two issue, more query,you can directly contact our pumpkin customer service.

Thank you for your friendly answer. I already wrote to Pumpkin support at eBay without any solution. They told me these are my problems and they can not do anything. So i am ging to write to your pumpkin Support and hope to get some help there. Could you help me to chose the right amplifier?

About the bluetooth streaming quality, I already tested several devices (android as well as iOs) without any success.
Maybe you have any solutions?
