Need to factory reset Audio Amplifier

This is my Amazon order# 111-3569796-1266623. I have the CN01-02306B-08A.
I need to factory reset my Audio/Amplifier and can't find the option under factory setting. I don't want to reset everything.
Where is the option to reset individual settings?

Hi,
there is no such option .What is going on with your unit ?
Any query , you can directly contact our pumpkin customer service through amazon message .
