I bought a SKU:CN01-02204B a few months back. It has been working fine but this morning it came up saying:

"Android is starting..........Optimizing app 1 of 1"

It is now just stuck on that and won't open. What can I do?

Hi,you can first using an thin stick to click the RST button to reboot the unit.
If that didn't help,you can flash this firmware :

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot,then do as following video.
