PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

From other systems I have seen when syncing phones to car by Bluetooth, all the audio library appears on the stereo and you can then select artists etc from stereo. However I can only seem to choose something on my phone and at most skip tracks. Is there something I am missing? Or are there any other apps I can use for it?
