[DVD]Why DVD disc do not load?

Some Clients may have problem that a Disc will not fully load. It pulls it in to about 80% but it wont go any further even if you try to assist it. You may think that it is possible that something is obstructing it for shipping. But actually that is usually caused by an installation error, you may not have removed the carriage pins that protect the DVD lens in transit, these are situated on top of the unit and are marked by red or yellow Tags.
