7 Zoll Android 6.0 car stereo + '03 VW Passat

Hi Guys,

i bought the 7 Zoll Android 6.0 car stereo and i cant get it to work, while the ignition is on in my car. The stereo starts to boot and everything works, when i connect it to the car and the ignition is off. But when turning the key, the stereo shuts off. I checked the forum and saw the troubleshooting for the CAN-Bus-cars. I switched the batterie+ and the ACC+, but then the stereo will not fully boot up.

There seem to be a CAN-adapter or a new CAN-Box, will those help with my VW Passat built in 2003?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Regarding your issue, please first change the batterie+ and ACC+ back, then you can refer the below forum to change the canbus mode in factory settings to check.
