PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi there,
I've installed successfully my new Pumpkin AS0171B-01D Device in my car.
Everything seems to work except the external mic.
I've replaced the mic with a working one, but only the internal mic seems to receive anything.
The connector looks good, but I haven't measured any signal now.
So is it possible that it is a software or configuration problem or is maybe the connector defect ?

you can try to make a reset or do a factory restore .
If it doesn't help,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the mic slot cable.

I've tried the reset and factory reset without success and will contact the service now.
Hopefully its just the cable.

I have the same problem with an AE0373B baught from Amazon.
Is there any solution or do i have to refund?
