white noise - Audi A3 8P BOSE

Hello folks,

I cannot get my radio to work without a strong white noise in background (both when ignition on and motor on)

This white noise is also hearable when I mute the radio...

I used the main harness and switched the cables in the harness fuse box. (Both ways does not work)
