PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I bought your stereo, Item number 172059727864 (Listing , on EBay, user DedHero, in Jan of this year. The system installed well and worked well for almost all year with the exception of when it first turns on when the temp is below about 10 C. The display really screws up and the unit is not usable because I cann't read it. The radio and other functions work, just the display doesn't work.
About 3 month ago, the contrast on the display went up and I cann't find a setting to fix it.

Here is a pic of the screen with the Model number and other stuff on it. I cann't read it, maybe you can.

Sorry for this.
You can open the front panel to check if the ribbon harness is loosen.
And please also make the unit get power supply and try to adjust the potentiometer as the below picture shown.

If the problem is still unsolved, it's possible that the display screen is broken, we can send you a new one to replace.

Took the back off the radio today to make sure the cables were inserted properly like you suggested and this unhooked when I touched it.

If you adjust the potentiometer but it does not help, it should be the display screen broken.
