PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello:

I´m owner of a Pumpkin CN10-03303B Octacore, Android 7.1, for vw.

I´m still unable to mute the sound of the radio when triggered the reverse gear.

By default I have ticked the reverse mute box under the sound section. I also opened the reverse mirror option but still no mute function works when using reverse.

I already uploaded the system with versión v9.2.2_20180330.180833_KED3-5 and still no solution.

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue?

Hi,
you can try to using an thin stick to click the reset button on the thin hole of the panel to reboot the unit .

Hello - I tried your recommendation without success. I also reinstalled software. Speed compensation sound works great but the problem seems to be with the reverse gear not being detected.

Any other suggestion?
