Hi, About this issue ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.

Hi,
you can enter settings - factory settings (password 126) - audio section and improve the BT gain.
about the firmware,normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should .And if you still want the firmware ,please tell me your order number so that i can confirm your unit model .Or you still need to tell me the screen resolution ratio of your unit .
