Both Usb dont charge my phones

Hello i bought The last model android 8.0 cae stereo and ejem i plug my phones stereo dont charge them

Hi, did you try the followings tips :
1.insert an USB stick to check whether USB slot normal or not.
2.try to change another USB cable for your phone .
More query, please first tell me your order number or ebay id .
