Clock Changes from 12 to 24 views during reboots

cn10-02307b-08a 7.1.2

The clock seems to constantly change from 12 to 24 hour views on the main screen on each start up. How do I make it a constant?

Hi , you can enter settings - time&date page and set what you want.

I have set it, but for some reason it keep changing on the main screen. Just got the update to fix a few other things and will run that Thursday when my SD card comes in and see if it takes care of this issue as well.
