Update files for unit and maps

Hi there,

I was wondering wether there are any updates for my unit, that fix any of the bugs with the current software.

I also need a copy of the maps for my unit as i never received any when I brought the unit from yourselves.

Also the screen has very low brightness in general but even more when lights are on, can anything be done about this?

I will attach some photos that show my unit specs.

Hi,
Could you please tell us your order number or product SKU?
We need to know the resolution of your unit, then you can get the right update firmware and try to solve the bugs with current software and the dark brightness.
