Where to start, failed reset, no boot
I have had an android 7.1, 10.1" screen radio in my truck for about a year. My GF got it for me, and paid for installation, and it has worked great...until today. Today all of my apps were freezing up, both native (music) and loaded (google maps). I power cycled, ended task, pushed the resrt button, and then attempted a factory reset. My failure came when I didn't realize there was an accessory timer on my ignition, so as I sat in my drive, I started the factory reset, but did not complete before the power cut. Now when I turn it on, the screen is all broken and stupid, but amazingly enough, the backup cam works flawlessly. So, after reading here a bit, I am willing to try a flash, (I have successfully flashed a phone before) but I don't even know where to look to find my specific model number or code, to figure out WHAT ROM I need, or exactly what I need to do to make a flash work. Help?

Hi, first please check whether your unit purchase from us.Usually there is an nameplate "Pumpkin" paste on the panel of the unit. And check its UI likes followings .
If yes, you can flash the following firmware .https://mega.nz/#!PTRUnKxK!zM5Rq7xIuZ20 ... La8U_XA1AI
Please download the files (needn't unzip) to the root content of one sd card or USB stick ,then insert the card into the GPS slot if you choose card way,Next do as following video .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmUU-Uv ... 9OjWlHyCDw
