I want to buy this new Radio

It has Android 5.1. Please tell me if I can run this App on it:

This is the new Android Auto 2.0 standalone App and it requires Android 5.0.
I will only buy it, if I can use this App.

Thank, it really works fine
It is the best Car Radio I ever had.
I tried different Radios from Sony,Pioneer...but I couldn't really use Apps.

I really like the Fast Boot Mode.
Thank you for creating Android Radios.

I only hope that I don't have problems with the Battery.

And please: The steering Control only works using Google Play Music and the preinstalled Music App. Please update it, to work with Apps like Spotify.

Hi,
For the third party apps, currently this unit does not support to control this Spotify app by the steering wheel keys which only work with the default apps.
If there is an update which support this function you like, we can send it to you.

I just installed the headunit App from playstore and started the service.
Now everything works for me.
I can control Google Play Music and Spotify with SWC.

Hi,
For the Android Auto function, it's only used on a few special car and headunit, our unit is not included.
But you can use the easyconnect app to mirror your phone to our unit.

Has anyone found another way to get the Android Auto app to work? I'm not able to mirror the phone due to USB debugger not being enabled in development options. I found this is due to Knox running. I'm not able to remove know because it's needed for my work security. Ideally if I could just install Android Auto on the head unit and on my phone I was hoping it would work. However, it says that Android Auto is not possible to install on the head unit? Has anyone figured this out?
