screen went white and unresponsive

been using for almost 15 months..today start the car but the screen went white and no sound..please help..

Hi,you can fix it according to the following steps.
1.using an thin stick to click the reset button/hole to reboot the unit .
2.take apart the unit and check the flat cable pointed on the following picture.You can try to reconnect them again .

3.if the above two steps didn't make help, contact the pumpkin customer service to return it for repairing.
