A few Niggles

OK, I've had a few months to get used to the unit and got to say I'm impressed. but have a few questions/niggles about how the stereo works sometimes
1/ Sometimes when turning on the ignition only the front left speaker is working. If I open up the fader in equalizer and alter the settings then put them back as before all is OK again.
2/ I am using a 160Gb usb hard disk with all my music in mp3 format plugged into USB2. Mostly when turned on the stereo resorts to the first track on the disk in alphabetical order (3 Doors Down). Sometimes though it remembers the last track played and continues.
3/ Most of my mp3s have album art embedded so the spinning circle in the music player shows the image and the background is a blurred out version of the image - nice touch however, sometimes when turning on the stereo, mainly after only a short stop the album art does not "load" until sometime after the track has started playing.
My unit was bought from eBay item number 222980601545 - this is in my Profile Location for reference too.
Opinions and possible fixes would be welcome
