Pumpkin 8 wont connect to iPhone hotspot

So i had my pumpkin before using with Samsung s8 and the hotspot worked fine. After i bought iPhone XS the wifi on the Radio Takes 10 Minutes to Connect to Hotspot. There is coming authenticationproblem, and keeps reconnecting After 5-10min it Finally connects!? Where can i find a solution

you can try to click the reset button .And could you tell me your order number so that i can confirm your unit model .

I dont know where i can find the order number but i Post a picture from the device. Everything works well but hotspot still have trouble connecting to iPhone XS
