I bought the following device for my car (VW Polo 6R - 2012:
Android 6.0 Quad Core 7 inch Hibiscus Car Stereo Audio Radio For VW / Volkswagen / POLO / PASSAT / Golf / Skoda / Fast / Dvd GPS

The Order number is: 80630011471589, 09:16 Nov. 28 2016

I installed the device and it works so far good. However, the Can bus (example: rear camera) and the steering wheel control does not work.

I have already made the instructions from the post "[AQVW71] How to solve SWC and PDC not working for VW android 6.0". Unfortunately without success.

Did I perhaps do something wrong with the installation?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
For the SWC issue, you have to connect the small white connected from your attached picture to the back port in the unit.
Cause the shape and pin are special for different cable, please just find the correct one, here is a picture for your reference.

For the rear camera issue, please tell us more details about it, please notice, this unit does not directly support your original rear camera.
If you bought the universal camera from others, you need first check if the unit will switch to rear image when put the car into reverse.
