PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi,

I have installed 2 CL-CH1001B-US-A units in the back of my car, I am able to play dvd's, link the screens etc. I am having trouble having movies play from both an SD Card or a USB thumb Drive. Both drives are formatted fat32, the devices see the files on the thumb drives correctly, but it sits there and just says initializing.

Currently my files are MP4 files encoded x.264. What is the preferred file format to play movies from USB thumb drive or SD Card?

It does not support .H264, you can consult the table as follow.
